GetHired.com Introduces Customizable Jobs URL for Employers

By Naresh on April 5, 2012 in Employers

Shortly after GetHired.com’s launch, we created a public profile link for job seekers, enabling them to easily share their resume, a personal photo and a short video introduction with potential employers and recruiters. The success of this feature inspired us to develop similar functionality for employers.

GetHired.com recently introduced a customizable job URL for employers. Now, after signing up with GetHired.com, employers will receive a dedicated URL that will direct job seekers to every job that they have posted to the platform. The URL may be shared with top candidates via email or social media – or be integrated directly with the company’s existing online career page. Although small businesses employ millions of job seekers in the United States, many do not have ample resources to dedicate to the hiring process. For this reason, their online career pages become outdated while they struggle to find and interview top candidates for open positions. But with the introduction of the customizable job URL, hiring managers can now include their company logo, overview and benefits information with all available jobs posted to GetHired.com. Not only can they share this with top candidates in real time, but they can choose to integrate their GetHired.com jobs page with their company career page – meaning that job seekers who visit the “Jobs” or “Careers” page on a company website will be redirected to a branded, easy-to-update landing page hosted by GetHired.com.

Regardless of the level of integration with GetHired.com, employers will continue to be able to:

  • Post a job at no cost
  • Pre-screen candidates using video and voice
  • Manage job postings and candidates with a world-class applicant tracking system
  • Pre-screen candidates with questions requiring written, video or audio responses
  • Search multimedia resumes of job seekers in their area
  • Automatically schedule interviews and video-conference with applicants in real-time
